PP Substitute agent

Range of application:

When used in combination with  PP Substitute agent (Base oxidizer) and PP catalyst (oxidizer CAT) can replace potassium permanganate for efficient and controllable decolorization treatment of denim clothing.

Appearance: Yellow transparent liquid
Chemical composition: A mixture of organic and inorganic oxidants
Environmental friendliness: Free of heavy metals, halogens, formaldehyde, APEO, AOX and other components
Compatibility: Avoid contact with any reducing agents
PH(1% solution): 2-3
Storage conditions: It can remain stable for at least 12 months. Store at room temperature in a sealed container, away from direct sunlight and any reducing contact.

Product feature ：

1. It does not contain toxic substances such as manganese compounds, chlorine, bromine, iodine, formaldehyde, and APEO, making the product have a low risk and minimal environmental impact.

2. It can be used directly. Through it, a local decolorization effect of denim clothing can be achieved. The decolorization effect is natural and the contrast between blue and white is strong.
  3. It is suitable for all kinds of fabrics, whether they contain stretch yarn or not, and whether they are indigo or vulcanized, it has an outstanding color fading effect.
  4. It is easy to apply, safe to operate, and convenient for subsequent neutralization and washing. It can be washed off with the conventional reducing agent sodium metabisulfite, saving time and water.
