Product Introduction:
Antioxidant imparts softness to denim articles and protects indigo dyed materials against ozone fading. The product is suitable

 for exhaust and padding application. Due the cationic charachter, antioxidant has a high pick up rate when used on drum or rotary

scouring machines.

5, Causes no yellowing at usual drying temperatures

Application

Substrate: Indigo-dyed cotton articles

Equipment: Drum or rotary scouring machines

Operation: Softening process

Dissolving method: Emulsifiable with water in any ratio

For medium to dark shades:

2 - 3 % BELFASIN OZK o.w.f.

For light or heavily bleached materials:

3 - 6 % BELFASIN OZK o.w.f.

PH: 5 - 6

Time: 15 - 30 minutes

Temperature: 40 - 60 ºC

Drying:   Normal drying temperatures and processes

Handling and storage

Storage stability :  At least 12 months

Storage and transport : Storage and transport NOT UNDER (ºC) 0

Otherwise product is no longer usable
