Description:
Metal zipper protective agent DP-Q0 is a special polymer compound. It   is   mainly    used   to    prevent   metal   zippers(or    metal   hangers)from discoloration and fading in the wet processing process of clothing washing,sand washing,reactive dye dyeing,paint dyeing,enzyme
washing,etc.,to   prevent   metal    zippers    from   damaging    the   color    of clothing and affecting product quality.

Solubility:soluble  in  water

Usage:The garment is pretreated with zipper protectant,and then subsequent    processing.

Pretreatment     process:
Metal zipper protective agent :DP-Q02-3 g/L
Acetic    acid:0.2    g/1(adjust    PH7    or    so)
Temperature:40-60°C
Time:15-20   minutes    to    drain   the    liquid,and    then   other    processing
processes.
