Product introduction

The modifier is a compound with reactive functional groups and does not require pH adjustment. It is a new generation of environmentally friendly products. It is used for the modification of fibers before dyeing with coatings and reactive dyes, so as to achieve the coloring of coatings and reactive dyes. After water washing, it can give casual wear and denim a handcrafted and nostalgic effect. In addition, it can be combined with various processes such as sanding, spray monkey, nano washing, and yeast washing to achieve a unique fashion style.

Features and Benefits:

This product, as a modifier for dyeing cellulose fibers in garment dyes, can reduce or eliminate the need for adhesives, achieve color fastness, and at the same time improve the hard hand feel of fabrics dyed with coatings and reactive dyes.

Application process parameters:

It is used for denim clothing coatings and reactive dye overprinting.
After desizing the denim clothing, add the modifier at room temperature at a rate of 0.5-1.0g/L, transfer for 3 minutes, drain the water, and then add clean water again. During the transfer, add the coating color paste or reactive dye, increase the temperature to 50-70℃ at a rate of 2℃/min for 10-30 minutes, wash thoroughly with water, and then dehydrate and dry.
Note: If you want to increase the fastness of the paint color paste or reactive dye, you can add 5% of the binder (o.w.f.), and then carry out the fermentation wash and other nostalgic washes. In addition, before modifying textiles, the pH of the fabric surface should be maintained at 7 (or below 7), and it must not contain alkali.

Package: Packed in 125kg plastic drums.

storage:

Keep in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place. Avoid direct sunlight and high temperatures. The shelf life is one year.
