Binder 6103

Scope of application :

This product is an acrylate copolymer emulsion containing special monomers. It has a soft hand feel and good fastness, and is mainly suitable for discharge printing and printing paste fixation on reactive dye-dyed fabrics.

Technical indicators :

Composition: Acrylate copolymer emulsion
Appearance: White lotion with a bluish tint
Ionic: anion

pH: 7.0-8.0

Product features :

1. Does not contain APEO
2. Soft to the touch, with a natural feel after printing
3. It has good solubility with the printing powder and will not react with it
4. Resistant to electrolytes, acids and alkalis, and pulping, with high whiteness after pulping and bright colors
5. Good fastness, resistant to washing water, and no powder shedding
6. Good net permeability and no net clogging

Usage method :

Each factory applies different processes. The corresponding dosage can be adjusted according to the printing formula, composition, printing method and application conditions.

Notes :

1. Please stir well before use
2. When used in combination with other additives, please conduct compatibility tests
3. Store in an environment ranging from -5°C to 40° C. The shelf life is 12 months.
