Yarn-Splitting Lubricant

Yarn-Splitting Lubricant DP35 is an emulsion of high-concentration aliphatic specialty polymers.It is used for softening and smoothing of bobbins,knits,etc. to reduce the friction coefficient between yarn and yarn,yarn and metal,so the yarn tension is uniform,reduces the broken ends in winding and weaving, greatly improve the quality of textiles.

Properties and Characteristics

1.Textile yarn lubricants with excellent lubrication properties,can significantly reduce the friction coefficient between yarn and weaving machinery,thereby reducing the tension during the weaving process of the yarn to reduce yarn weaving and winding process,significantly reducing Weaving holes.

2.DP35 can improve the sewing of the knitted fabric,reduce the friction coefficient between the needle and the fabric of the sewing machine, improve the sliding performance of the yarn, reduce the damage of the yarn during the sewing process and significantly reduce the sewing hole.

3.Give the fabric, yarn or fabric a smooth, supple feel.

4.Excellent penetration performance and will not cause the difference between the inner and outer layers of the bobbin yarn.

5.Does not affect the fabric shade and color fastness.

6.Does not cause hydrolytic dye staining.

7.Emulsion stability and excellent application stability.

Application Range

Suitable for natural fibers and its blended fabric.

Application Process

1.Immersion method:

Water liquid wax after dyeing of cotton and its blended fabric.

Dosage:1-3% (o.w.f) DP35 emulsion.    Process:40℃ heat preservation for 15-30 minutes

2.Dipping treatment

Dosage:10-30g/L

Process:one dip and one pad;Rolling over rate:80%,drying.

Attention

1.The PH of the treatment liquid is between 5 and 6 is suitable

2.Working fluid to be used with the current, try not to place long-term

3.With the fixing agent used in the bath, it is recommended to add the smoothing agent first, complex

tank feed after 5-10 minutes and then add the fixing agent

4. Try to avoid the smoothing agent and any fixing agent mother liquor mixed

Package and Storage

Package   200kg plastic drum

Storage    Stored in sealed bags at ambient temperature for twelve months.
