Characteristics

1. Silicone oil extract is microemulsion, of which the emulsion particles are very tiny with diameter less than 0.02 um, resulting in excellent permeability to make the finishing fabrics soft inside and smooth outside.

2. Silicone oil extract contains the self-crosslinking active groups. Without high temperature or catalyst, it can form a silicone molecule film which is soft and dense, enabling the finishing fabric has excellent smooth and soft feel.

3. The active ingredients of silicone oil extract contain many kinds of active groups, which can be combined with the treated fabric. It not only increases the flexibility significantly, but improves the elasticity more importantly. And the finishing effect is particularly durable and washable.

Silicone oil extract DP-80 is suitable for soft finishing of all kinds of cellulose and blended fabrics.

Use Method

Silicone oil extract must be diluted to 20% or 30%.

Application Process

1.Dipping treatment:

20% silicone oil 10-15 g/L, penetrant 0-2k/L,

room temperature, two dip two pad or one dip one pad.

2.Impregnation:

20% silicone oil 2-3% (owf), water ratio: 1:10-15, temperature: 30-40℃, dipped for 15-30 minutes . 40℃

Package

120 kg plastic drum.

Storage

The silicone oil extract DP-80 can be stored in a cool and well- ventilated place for six months.
