High-effect stone free enzyme

One kind of product that can be used at room temperature rely on friction on the contact surface to hydrolyze and fall off the indigo dye to produce a stone grinding effect. It is a new type of environmentally friendly and efficient product that replaces biological enzymes and pumice.

Application process

1. For pure cotton blue denim,dosage:about 0.4-0.7% (O.W.F), or 0.3-0.5g/L,or according to the amount of pumice stone, which

is about 200g on average instead of a pack of pumice stone(The single maximum dosage does not exceed 500g). About 25          minutes to match the sample and about 30-35 minutes to reach the sample. For polyester/cotton fabrics or relatively poor fabrics, wash the background color to about 80%. Please match the sample in advance, operate flexibly, and avoid washing clothes worn- out

2. For black denim or extra-dark blue denim, please add 1 pack to 2 pack of pumice stone,or increase or decrease the amount of  stones according to the actual effect. and then calculate the dosage of this product based on an average of 200 grams instead of   one pack of pumice stone(The single maximum dosage does not exceed 500g). It is recommended to adjust the dosage of pumice stone and this product according to the actual effect.

3. For black denim or blue denim products, if need a whiter effect, it is recommended to heat up to 40C, if high requirement on background color, it is recommended to use it at room temperature

4. It is recommended to use anti-dyeing products when washing autumn and winter clothes. When washing spring and summer clothes, it is recommended to use less or no anti-dyeing
