The soft olein 229 is suitable for the after finishing of cotton,wool,polyester cotton,which endows the fiber with abvious soft and smooth feel.

Properties and Characteristics

1.The soft olein 229 endows cotton and its blended products with very soft,fluffy and lubrication feel.

2.The soft olein 229 has the strong hydrophilic nature and obviously enhance the water absorption of fiber and fabrics.

3.With low yellowing,the soft olein 229 has no effecton on the shade of fiber and fabrics.

4.Easy to dissolve,low foam.

Application Range

It is suitable for the soft finishing of various fabrics.

Application process

Before use, it is recommended to handled and diluted into 1:8-15,temperature 40-50℃.

1.Impregnation method

Recommended dosage: 0.5-2% (o.w.f)

Treatment process : Adjusting PH value 4-5,30-40℃ x 10-30 minutes

2.Dipping method.

Recommended dosage:5-20g/L

Treatment process:Adjust the PH value of 4-5,pick-up at 70-100%,drying at 100-150℃

120 kg plastic drum.

Storage

The soft olein 229 can be stored in a cool and well-ventilated place for six months.
