1.Cleaning:

The resist agent ZC100 is the special mixture of hydrophilic solvents and nonionic and weak cationic surfactants, and has strong emulsification and dispersibility and can be widely used for removing various liquid and solid impurities.

2.Anti-staining:

Once the impurities are removed, the resist agent can effectively prevent it from being absorbed into the fiber and the surface of the machine.

3.Penetration:

The small molecular penetrating agent can ensure its effective penetration into tight fibers and yarns.

4.High temperature stability :

The resist agent ZC100 can be used at any processing temperature up to 140 ℃.

5.Chemical stability:

The resist agent is stable for hydrogen peroxide (but not chlorine-resistance) and reductant (used in reductive cleaning), alkali (in the concentration of up to 15 g/l in the general bleaching process) and acid used in cleaning and dyeing process. The resist agent has no destructive effect on common enzymes, and is used for the processing of textiles.

6.Low foam:

Inherent low foaming properties can satisfy any process and machinery other than the most severe jet dyeing machine.

Application Process

1. For most of the application process, the dosage of resist agent is usually 1-2 g/l, but the amount of direct dyeing should be reduced to 0.75 g/l (to prevent low dyeing rate).

2. Jeans enzyme wash process: because of no destructive effect on enzyme, the resist agent is applied to "one-bath process to fermentation and bath" or the amount is generally 1-2 g/l according to the actual requirements in post-cleaning.

Storage

The resist agent can be stored in sealed bags at ambient temperature for six months.
